To whom it may concern,
This letter is in regards to two Elm trees at the Kovacs Residence at 357 4`h Street,
Atlantic Beach. I believe that if these trees are cut back to the property line that they will decline
in health. When the stress of the severe pruning is compounded with the stress of soil
compaction during construction, they will most likely die. Sadly, I would probably recommend
the removal of these trees before construction starts and would strongly encourage the replanting
of native trees as a replacement. I hope this information is helpful.
