Artist Reception: Razvan Balotescu
Adele Grage Cultural Center, 76 Ocean Blvd.
1-5 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 4 and 18
Meet December artist Razvan Balotescu and view an exhibit of his
stunning images of our beaches. The receptions will be from 1-5 p.m.
and attendees will get an early sneak peak of his recently published
book, “Beach Dogs,” available to purchase and for signing. If you can’t
make the receptions, his artwork will be displayed throughout
December.
Balotescu loves nature and sees beauty in all of God’s creations. His
desire for expressing the joy that comes from this beauty is why he
started photography 20 years ago. He was born and raised in Romania,
coming to the United States at 24 years old. His work is focused on
landscapes and seascape, with many local photos of Atlantic Beach
and Jacksonville Beach that have been taken over the last 10 years.

Songwriter’s Concert
Gulliford Hall, 716 Ocean Blvd.
6-8 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 12
Hosted by Roy Peak, local performers transform Gulliford Hall at the
Adele Grage Cultural Center from 6-8 p.m. with original music
creations. Whether you write, sing, play, or simply enjoy listening to
good music, plan on being with us. Doors open at 5:45 p.m.
Seating is first-come, first-served for this admission-free, alcohol-free
event. Performers should contact Roy Peak at
