Respondent owns the Property located at 1770 Mayport Road, Atlantic Beach, Florida. ("The Property"). 2. Notice of the hearing was sent certified mail on November 22, 2022, for the January 19, 2023, Code Enforcement hearing. 3. The Respondent was cited for violation of City of Atlantic Beach Code, Section 17-61 Signage changed on building without permit application to the City of Atlantic Beach. 4. The City of Atlantic Beach provided evidence that the signage on the Property was changed without a permit. The business is now a Self-Storage facility. The business has resubmitted their permit and the City of Atlantic Beach stated they have been approved and is now in compliance. CONCLUSIONS OF LAW 5. The City of Atlantic Beach provided proper notice to the Respondent. The Respondent was in violation for changing a sign without a permit.
