FARTHER FROM THE STREET.
5. A NEW SWIMMING POOL WILL BE ADDED AT THE REAR YARD POSITIONED 5'
FROM THE REAR PROPERTY LINE. SOME SOIL EXCAVATED FOR POOL
CONSTRUCTION WILL BE USED AS FILL TO MAKE THE REAR YARD MORE LEVEL
AND SUPPORT NEW PAVERS REPLACING OLD. EXISTING DRAINAGE PATTERNS WILL
BE MAINTAINED. EXISTING UNDERGROUND DRAINAGE PIPES WILL BE DISCOVERED
AND ENHANCED. NO STORM WATER WILL BE SHED ONTO NEIGHBORING

6. NEW POOL EQUIPMENT WILL BE LOCATED A MINIMUM 5' FROM ANY PROPERTY
LINE.
