AN ORDINANCE REPEALING SECTION 7, ARPIrr.1 II, OF
THE ATLANTIC BEACH CITY CHARTER (CHAPTER 57-1126,
LAWS OF FLORIDA) BEING LABELED "SALAR'Y-COMMISSIONERS";
SUBSTITUTING THESE FOR A NEW SECTI1 PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF ATLANTIC BEACH, FLORIDA:
SECTICx1 I: Section 7, Article II, of the Atlantic Beach City
Charter (Chapter 57-1126, Laws of Florida, as amended) is hereby repealed.
SECTIO t II: The monthly salary of the Mayor-Commissioner shall
be $200.00, oarmencing the first month following the effective date of this
Ordinance.
SECTION III: The monthly salary of the Commissioners shall be
$100.00, commencing the first month following the effective date of this
Ordinance.
SECTION IV: This Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon
its passage.
