AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ARTICLE II, SECTION 7,
OF THE CHARTER, RELATING TO THE SALARY OF
MEMBERS OF THE CITY COMMISSION
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF ATLANTIC BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That Article II, Section 7, of the Charter, be amended
to read as follows:
Section 7. Salary
The annual salary of the mayor-commissioner shall
be $5,000.00.
The annual salary of the commissioners shall be
$2,500.00
The salary of the mayor-commissioner and commissioners
shall be made in twelve equal monthly payments com-
mencing the first month and each month thereafter
following the effective date of this ordinance.
Section 2. This ordinance shall become effective immediately upon
its final passage.
