AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 2-2 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF ATLANTIC
BEACH, FLORIDA, ENTITLED "TIME AND PLACE
OF REGULAR MEETINGS"
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF ATLANTIC BEACH, FLORIDA,
That Section 2-2 of the Code of Ordinances be amended as follows:
Section 1. Section 2-2. Time and Place of Regular
Meetings.
The regular meetings of the City Commission
shall be held on the second and fourth
Mondays of each month, except December, in
City Hall, at 7:15 P.M. In the event the
second or fourth Monday falls on a holiday,
the regular meeting shall be held on the
Tuesday immediately following the holiday.
In the month of December, the regular
meeting shall be held on the second Monday
of the month. Additional regular meetings
shall be held on the night of every election.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon
its final passage.
