AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ORDINANCE CODE OF THE CITY
OF ATLANTIC BEACH, FLORIDA; AMENDING CHAPTER 2,
ARTICLE VII, DIVISION 4, SECTION 2-368 TO REDUCE
MINIMUM CHARGES FOR BACKHOE AND TO CORRECT A TYPO-
GRAPHICAL ERROR ON THE COST OF LABOR, PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Commission of the City of Atlantic
Beach, Florida:
Section 1. Chapter 2, Article VII, Section 3-68 is hereby
partially amended to read as follows:
Backhofe (Including travel time) ,
minimum €euf-{4} two (2) hours
portal to portal per hour $35.00
Labor, Actual cost plus 30% fingers for fringes
Section 2. This Ordinance shall take effect upon its adoption.
