AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ORDINANCE CODE OF THE CITY
OF ATLANTIC BEACH; AMENDING CHAPTER 2, ARTICLE II,
SECTION 2-19, RULE 7 TO PROVIDE FOR A CONSENT AGENDA;
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ATLANTIC BEACH,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. Chapter 2, Article II, Section 2-19, Rule 7 is hereby
amended to read as follows:
CHAPTER 2
ADMINISTRATION
ARTICLE II, CITY COMMISSION
Section 2-19. Rules of conduct and procedure at meetings.
(7) The order of business shall be as follows:
a. Approval of minutes of preceding meetings;
b. Courtesy of floor to any visitors who desire to bring a matter
to the City Commission's attention;

Section 2. This Ordinance shall take effect upon its adoption.
