AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ATLANTIC BEACH, FLORIDA,
AMENDING CHAPTER 2, ADMINISTRATION, TO PROVIDE FOR
THE PURCHASE OF GOODS OR SERVICES FROM GOVERNMENT-
RELATED STATEWIDE OR NATIONAL ASSOCIATIONS, AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Commission of the City of Atlantic Beach, Florida:
SECTION 1. The Code of Ordinances of the City of Atlantic Beach, Florida, is
hereby amended by adding a new section to be numbered Sec. 2-336(8), which section shall
read as follows:
"(8) When the goods or services are procured from government-
related statewide or national associations."
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its final passage and
adoption.
PASSED by the City Commission on first reading this 28th day of October, 1996.
PASSED by the City Commission on second and final reading this 11th day of
November, 1996.
