A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF ATLANTIC BEACH INCREASING
THE CITY'S PAY SCALE BY 9%, EFFECTIVE MAY 9, 2022
WHEREAS, on March 28, 2022, the Commission recognized the need to take steps to
better position the City to recruit and retain employees; and
WHEREAS, the Commission unanimously indicated a desire to increase the City's pay
scale by 9%.
NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Commission of the City of Atlantic Beach
as follows:
SECTION 1. The City Commission hereby increases the City's pay scale by 9%, effective
May 9, 2022.
SECTION 2. This Resolution shall take effect May 9, 2022.
