AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ARTICLE XV
10 SECTION 149 OF THE CHARTER OF THE
CITY OF ATLANTIC BEACH

BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF ATLANTIC BEACH, FLORIDA THAT
ARTICLE XV, SECTION 149 BE AMENDED AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Revenue Bonds and Certificates. The City of Atlantic Beach
is hereby authorized to issue and sell from time to time, revenue bonds of
said City of such denominations and becoming due at .such times that upon such
conditions as may by ordinance be determined. Such revenue certificates shall
be issued for such municipal purposes as may be provided by ordinance. Said
ordinance shall state the purpose for which the proceeds of each such issue
of revenue bonds are to be used.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its
passage.
