To whom it may concern,
I understand all the requirements to proceed with building of the shed. I will address each item below:
1. I understand the requirements of the code sections related to PROTECTION OF WOOD AND
WOOD-BASED PRODUCTS AGAINST DECAY and the wood elements, 2X4 floor joists laid flat,3/4
inch plywood flooring and the 2X4 sill plate will be pressure treated material. I understand that
these items need to be inspected prior to them being covered up.
2. I will use an auger style anchor system to tie the shed down to the ground at the 4 corner points
3. I understand that the maximum height of the shed is 12' high from grade. Due to the slope of
the yard,the finished height will be less that 11'6"which will satisfy this restriction
