Respondent owns the Property located at 67 Coral Street, Atlantic Beach, Florida. ("The Property"). 2. Notice of the hearing was sent certified mail on October 20, 2022, for the November 3, 2022, Code Enforcement hearing. The Respondent did not appear, but has been in contact with the City of Atlantic Beach with regards to the status of the two inoperable vehicles on his property. 3. The Respondent was cited for violation of IPMC Sec. 302.8, Motor Vehicles "No inoperative or unlicensed motor vehicle shall be parked or kept or stored on any premises, and no vehicle shall at any time be in a state of disrepair, major disassembly or in the process or being stripped or dismantled." 4. The City of Atlantic Beach provided evidence that the Respondent did contact the City of Atlantic Beach and stated the one vehicle (truck) had been repaired and provided proof to the City of Atlantic Beach on October 28, 2022 of a valid license tag. The Respondent further stated to the City of Atlantic Beach that he is working on having the second vehicle in working order with a valid tag. 5. The City of Atlantic Beach agreed that the Respondent shall have five (5) days from the date of this Order to provide the proper license tag and proof of the vehicle being in working order. CONCLUSIONS OF LAW 6. The City of Atlantic Beach provided proper notice to the Respondent. The Respondent is in violation of IPMC Sec. 302.8. The City of Atlantic Beach has agreed to allow the Respondent five (5) days from the date of this Order to come into compliance. ORDER Based upon the foregoing Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law and pursuant to the authority granted in Chapter 162, Florida Statutes, and the Code of Ordinances of the City of Atlantic Beach, Florida it is Ordered: A.
