Mr. Wheeler discussed the report on Large Cap Growth Manager Comparison and the
Short -Term Fixed Income Manager Search -Qualitative Analysis and discussed using
Black Rock.
MOTION. To accept Black Rock as new fixed income investment manager and move funds
from current managers to Black Rock.

5. DISCUSSION WITH PENSION BOARD ATTORNEY
A. Items For Discussion
Attorney Herrera discussed several items such as the Legislative session, specifically
that COVID 19 will be added to the list of diseases to be presumed in have happened in
the line of duty. Announced that the FPPTA will hold its annual conference at the end
of June in Orlando.
