AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 25-59-1
OF THE CITY OF ATLANTIC BEACH: BEING AN
ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR FIRE LIMITS, AND
REGULATIONS GOVERNING THE CONSTRUCTION, AL-
TERATION, REMOVAL, DEMOLITION, EQUIPMENT,
USE AND OCCUPANCY, LOCATION AND MAINTENANCE
OF BUILDINGS AND STRUCTURES.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF ATLANTIC BEACH,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That Section 1. of Ordinance No. 25-59-1
of the City of Atlantic Beach, Florida, be and is hereby amended
as follows:
Substitute the words:
"The Southern Standard Building Code,
0110 1960-61 Revision" in place of
"The Southern Standard Building Code,
1957-58 Revision".
SECTION 2. All Ordinances and parts of Ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3 . This Ordinance shall be and become
effective on final reading.
Passed by the City Commission on first reading on August 26,
1963.
Passed by the City Commission on second and final reading on
September 23, 1963 .
