N ORD NANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 17 OF
F THE PLUMBING
REGULATIONS, AND ADOPTION OF THE SOUTHERN STANDARD
PLUMBING CODE FOR THE CODE OF THE CITY OF ATLANTIC
BEACH, FLORIDA.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF ATLANTIC BEACH,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1 . That paragraph 17-1 be amended as follows:
17-1 - Southern Standard Plumbing Code
There is hereby adopted the Southern Standard
Plumbing Code, 1967 edition, and amendments
to Southern Standard Plumbing Code, 1968
revision to 1967 edition, for the purpose of
establishing rules and regulations for the
construction, maintenance and repairs on
plumbing, including permits and penalties.
SECTION 2 . Section 17-2 is hereby repealed.
SECTION 3 . This Ordinance shall become effective immediately
upon its passage on final reading.
