AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ORDINANCE CODE
OF THE CITY OF ATLANTIC BEACH, FLORIDA;
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 25-86-17 KNOWN AS
THE "COASTAL CODE"; AMENDING SECTION 2
OF SAID ORDINANCE TO PROVIDE AN EFFECTIVE
DATE OF JANUARY 1, 1987; PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Commission of the City of Atlantic
Beach, Florida:
Section 1. Ordinance 25-86-17, Section 2 is hereby amended to read
as follows:
Section 2. This Ordinance shall become effective Maieh-1;-1986
January 1, 1987.
Section 2, This Ordinance shall take effect upon its adoption.
