To Whom It May Concern:
Please be advised that Adkins Construction Company, LLC ("Adkins") and The Sea Salt
Pavilion, Inc.("Owner"), have terminated their Construction Contract for the above-referenced
project. As such, Adkins will no longer be the general contractor on this project, and the owner
has retained a new contractor, to wit: Tim Young Construction, Inc., to complete the project.
Accordingly, Adkins requests that all existing permits be released and transferred out of Adkins'
name and into the name of Tim Young Construction, Inc., and that Adkins have no further
responsibilities for same.
