AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ATLANTIC BEACH, FLORIDA,
AMENDING CHAPTER 6, BUILDING AND BUILDING
REGULATIONS, ARTICLE III, ELECTRICAL CODE, SEC. 6-37,
SAME-FEES; AMENDING ARTICLE IV, PLUMBING CODE, SEC. 6-
59,~ SAME-FEES; AMENDING ARTICLE V, MECHANICAL CODE,
SEC. 6-77, INSPECTION FEES; AND PROVIDING A1~T EFFECTIVE
DATE.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE CITY COMNIISSION ON BEHALF OF THE
PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF ATLANTIC BEACH, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Section 6-37 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Atlantic Beach,
Florida, is hereby amended to read as follows:
Sec.6-37. Same-Fees.
No permit shali_be granted for any electrical installation within the limits of the city until
after inspection fees have been paid. Such inspection fees are hereby fixed in the
following schedule. For all electrical construction requiring a permit there shall be paid
by the party obtaining a permit the fol-lowing. inspection fees to be collected by the
Building Department.

SECTION 2. Section 6-59 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Atlantic Beach,
Florida, is hereby amended to read as follows
Sec.6-59. Same--Fees..

A fee of+'^-°° a°"^~° ^~a ~~-~ °°~+^ ($-3-59) seven dollars ($7.00) per fixture, including
washing machines, water heaters and dishwashers, shall be paid to the city when a
plumbing permit is issued. The minimum charge for any permit shall be *°~'
E$I-9-88) thirty-five dollars („35.00) in addition to the rate per fixture. The charge for
reinspection shall be +°~'~ {-$~9-88} thirty-five dollars (,35.00) per inspection.
SECTION 3. Section 6-77 of the Code of Ordinances if the City of Atlantic Beach,
Florida, is hereby amended to read as follows:
