AN ORDINANCE FOR THE ADOPTION OF THE VOTER
REGISTRATION ROLLS PREPARED AND ?AINTAINED
BY THE CONSOLIDATED CITY OF JACKSONVILLE
SUPERVISOR OF ELECTIONS AS PERTAINING TO
THE QUALIFIED ELECTORS RESIDING WITHIN THE
CITY OF ATLANTIC BEACH.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF ATLANTIC BEACH, FLORIDA,
that:
SECTION I . The City Clerk in the preparation of the voter regis-
tration rolls for the City of Atlantic Beach shall adopt the
voter registration rolls as pertaining to the qualified citizens
residing within the City of Atlantic Beach as prepared and main-
tained by the supervisor of elections of the consolidated City
of Jacksonville.
SECTION II . All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed.
SECTION III . This ordinance shall become effective upon the
