Ordinance No. 34-69-1 v ORDINANCE 34-69-1 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 189 OF THE CITY OF ATLANTIC BEACH REGULATING THE INSTALLATION, USE, MAIN- TENANCE AND REPAIRS OF ELECTRICAL WIRING, APPARATUS OR EQUIPMENT FOR LIGHT, HEAT AND POWER, IN THE CITY OF ATLANTIC BEACH, FLORIDA, AND ESTABLISHING PERMIT AND INSPECTION FEES AND INSPECTION PROCEDURE. BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF ATLANTIC BEACH, FLORIDA: SECTION I. That Section 16 of Ordinance No. 189 be and is hereby amended by deleting the entire Section 16 and substituting a new Section 16 as follows : "Section 16. From and after the passage of this Ordinance no permits shall be granted for any electrical installation within the limits of the City of Atlantic Beach until after inspection fees shall have been paid, and said inspection : fees are hereby fixed in the following amounts : A. Electrical Permit Fees. (1) Service Installations (includes service conductors and service equipment) (a) Up to 600 volts (Amperes based on rating of service switch. ) For first 200 amperes rating or fractional part thereof . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . $4.00 For each additional 100 amperes rating or fractional part thereof . . . . . . . . . $2 .00 (b) More than 600 volts (Primary service with rating based on automatic trip setting of circuit breaker) For first 300 KVA rating or fractional part thereof . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . $15.00 For each additional KVA rating .05 Repairs to service $5.00 (c) For temporary service, each.
