ORDINANCE NO. 34-70-2
AN ORDINANCE CHANGING SECTION 7-8 OF CHAPTER
7 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF ATLANTIC BEACH.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF ATLANTIC BEACH,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. That Section 7-8 Electrical Inspections be hereby
amended to the following:
Section 7-8 Electrical Inspections to be made by
the Building Official or his designated Agent.
All Electrical Inspections in this City shall be
made by the Building Official of this City or his
designated Agent, hereinafter referred to as the
City Electrical Inspector.
Section 2 . All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict
herewith be and the same are, to the extent that same may be
in conflict, hereby repealed.
Section 3 . This Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon
its final passage.

day of September, 1970.
Passed by the City Commission on the second and final reading
on the 12th day of October, 1970.
