AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ORDINANCE CODE PART II ,
CHAPTER 7 , SECTION 9 (i ,k, l) OF THE CITY OF ATLANTIC
BEACH REGULATING THE INSTALLATION , USE , MAINTENANCE
AND REPAIRS OF ELECTRICAL WIRING, APPARATUS OR
EQUIPMENT FOR LIGHT , HEAT AND POWER, IN THE CITY OF
ATLANTIC BEACH , FLORIDA, AND ESTABLISHING PERMIT AND
INSPECTION FEES AND INSPECTION PROCEDURE .
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF ATLANTIC BEACH , FLORIDA:
SECTION I . That the Ordinance Code Part II, Chapter 7, Section 9 (i,k,l) ,
entitled Electrical Permit Fees, be and the same is hereby amended to read as
follows:
(i) Appliances, fixed or stationary including
factory wired assemblies as contained on
a list maintained by the Chief Electrical
Inspector:
For each appliance, capacity 0 to 60 amperes,
inclusive $ .50
For each appliance, capacity 61 to 100 amperes,
inclusive 1.00
For each appliance, capacity exceeding
100 amperes 2.00
(k) Repairs and Miscellaneous Permits 5.00
(1) Minimum Fee for any Electrical Permit 5.00
SECTION II. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby
repealed.
SECTION III. This Ordinance shall become effective immediately upon its passage
on final reading.
