AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 7 OF THE CODE
OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF ATLANTIC BEACH,
FLORIDA, THE SAME BEING THE CHAPTER REGULA-
TING ELECTRICITY
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF ATLANTIC BEACH, FLORIDA;
Section 1. That Section 7-9 be amended to read as follows:
Section 7-9. Same -- Fees.
No permit shall be granted for any electrical installa-
tion within the limits of the City until after
inspection fees have been apid; such inspection fees
are hereby fixed on the schedule attached, marked
Exhibit "A".
Section 2. This ordinance shall become effectove on October 1, 1982.
