AN •ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE FISCAL YEAR OF
THE CITY OF ATLANTIC BEACH, DUBAL COUNTY,
FLORIDA
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF ATLANTIC BEACH,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the Fiscal Year of the City of Atlantic Beach,
Duval County, Florida is hereby established to be the same as
the calendar year, that is, January 1st thru December 31st.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall take effect January 1st, 1958.
