AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE # 45-58-1 AND SECTION
10-5 of CHAPTER 10 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF ATLANTIC
BEACH, DUVAL COUNTY, FLORIDA PROVIDING FOR THE PAYMENT
OF LICENSE FEES AND FIXING THE AMOUNT OF SUCH FEES.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF ATLANTIC BEACH,
DUVAL COUNTY, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1 : 'That the fee of $500. 00 for an Auction House
be deleted and repealed and that the following
be inserted, In Section 1, Ordinance 45-58-1 and
Section 10-5 of Chapter 10 of the Code of the City:
AUCTION HOUSE $50. 00
Said business and fee to be granted on approval
of the City Commission.
SECTION 2 : Said Ordinance to become effective immediately
upon its passage on final reading.
