AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ORDINANCE CODE OF THE CITY
OF ATLANTIC BEACH, FLORIDA; AMENDING CHAPTER 20,
ARTICLE III, OCCUPATIONAL LICENSE TAXES, SECTION
20-59 TO PROVIDE AN OCCUPATIONAL LICENSE CATEGORY
FOR JUNKYARDS/SALVAGE YARDS; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Commission of the City of Atlantic
Beach, Florida:
Section 1. Chapter 20, Article III, Section 20-59 is hereby
amended to add a new category as follows:
J
Junkyards/Auto Salvage Yard $200.00
Section 2. This Ordinance shall take effect as provided by law.
