ORDINANCE NO. 45-97-12
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ATLANTIC BEACH, FLORIDA,
AMENDING CHAPTER 24, ZONING AND SUBDIVISION REGULA-
TIONS, ARTICLE III, ZONING REGULATIONS, DIVISION 7,
SUPPLEMENTARY REGULATIONS, SEC. 24-159, HOME OCCUPA-
TIONS, TO PROVIDE THAT SEC. 24-159, PREVAILS OVER ANY
OTHER ORDINANCES WHICH MAY CONFLICT THEREWITH, AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE CITY COMMISSION ON BEHALF OF THE PEOPLE
OF THE CITY OF ATLANTIC BEACH, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. Sec. 24-159 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Atlantic Beach,
Florida, is hereby amended to add new Sec. 24-159(c) which shall read as follows:
" (c) This Sec. 24-159 shall prevail over any ordinances of the City
which may conflict herewith."
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its final passage and
adoption.
