AN ORDINANCE DELETING CHAPTER 16, ARTICLE I,
OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
ATLANTIC BEACH, FLORIDA, THE SAME BEING THE
PERSONNEL POLICY; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE
WHEREAS, the City of Atlantic Beach did adopt "A Personnel Pro-
gram for the Municipal Service of Atlantic Beach, Florida" on Decem-
ber 5, 1960, and
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Atlantic Beach has
determined that "A Personnel Program for the Municipal Service of Atlan-
tic Beach" as adopted in 1960 no longer serves to promote a sound basis
for personnel administration and uniform and equitable employee relations,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF
ATLANTIC BEACH:
Section I: That Chapter 16, Article I, Personnel Policy, be
deleted in its entirety.
Section II: This ordinance shall take effect on November 10,
1982.
