That said Grantor for and in consideration of the sum of $10.00
and other good and valuable consideration in hand paid by Grantee to
Grantor, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, has granted,
bargained and sold and by these presents does grant, bargain and sells
unto the said Grantee, its heirs, successors, executors and assigns
forever, an unobstructed, non-exclusive, perpetual privilege and
authority to said Grantee, its successors, legal representatives and

SOUTHERLY OF THE WESTERLY PROLONGATION OF THE NORTHERLY BOUNDARY LINE
OF LOT 603, SECTION NO. 1, SALTAIR, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGE
8 OF THE CURRENT PUBLIC RECORDS OF DUVAL COUNTY, FLORIDA
