GRANT OF EASEMENT
FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION of the payment of One Dollar
by City of Atlantic Beach, a municipal corporation in Duval
County Florida, to Leon Beasley and Geraldine Beasley, his
wife, the owner of the hereinafter described lands, receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged, the undersigned hereby grants
unto the City of Atlantic Beach a perpetual easement for
public utility purposes on, along, across and under the
following described lands situate, lying and being in the
County of Duval and State of Florida, to-wit:
The North five feet of lots 756 and 757, Saltair Subdivision,
Section 1, accoraling to plat recorded in Deed Book 10, Page 8,
