FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION of the payment of One Dollar
by City of Atlantic Beach, a municipal corporation in Duval
County Florida, to Pleasant H. Gay and Alpha A. Gay, his
wife,; the owner of the hereinafter described lands, receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged, the undersigned hereby grants
unto the City of Atlantic Beach a perpetual easement for
public utility purposes on, along, across and under the
following described lands situate, lying and being in the ,
County of Duval and State of Florida, to-wit:
`The North five feet of lot 760, Saltair Subdivision,
Section 1, according to plat recorded in Deed Book 10,
Page 8, current public records of Duval County, Florida.
wherein any and all water lines, sewer mains, or other
utilities are required to be laid below the surface of the
