GRANT OF EASEMENT
FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION of the payment of One Dollar
by CITY~fOF ATLANTIC BEACH, a municipal corporation in Duval
County, Florida, to GERC~, INC.
a Florida corporation, the owner of the hereinafter described
lands,.receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, the undersigned
hereby grants unto CITY OF ATLANTIC BEACH a perpetual easement
for public utility purposes on, along, across and under the
following described lands situate, lying and being in the .County
of Duval and State of Florida, to•-•wit:
The East five feet of the North 72.74 feet of Lot 21,
Block 1, Atlantic Beach, Subdivision A, according to plat
recorded in Plat Book 5, page 69, current public records of
Duval County, Florida.
wherein any and all water lines, sewer mains, or other utilities
are required to be laid below the surface of the ground.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF the said GEBCO, INC.
has caused these presents to be executed in its name, and its
corporate seal to be hereunto affixed, by its proper officers
thereunto duly authorized, this 25th day of March ,1959.
