FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION of the payment of One Dol-
lar ($1.00) by the City of Atlantic Beach, a municipal corpora-
tion3n Duval County, Florida, to Vincent D. Akra and Margot H,
Akra, his wife, the owners of the hereinafter described lands,
receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, the undersigned here-
by grant into the City of Atlantic Beach an unobstructed ease-
ment for utilities purposes only, on, along, across and under
the following described lands, situate, lying and being in the
County of Duval and State of Florida, to-wit:
A part of the Castro Y Ferrer Grant, and a
part of Tract "A" of Royal Palms Unit One,
as recorded in Plat Book 30, page 60-A, of
the Current Publie Records of Duval Coun-
ty, Florida, more particularly described as
follows:
Commence at the Northeast corner of Mayport
Road State Road A-1-A) and the Plaza; thence
S. 85 37' 27" E. along the Northerly line of
the said Plaza a distance of 217.13 feet to
the Point of Beginning; thence continue S.
850 37' 27" E. a distance of 15.31 feet to the
West line of Block 6 of said Royal Palms;
thence North 70 16~ 02" W. along the Westerly
line of said Block 6 a distance of 132.44 feet
to an angle point in the Westerly line of said
Block 6; thence N. 230 37' 33" E. along the
Westerly line of Block 6 a distance of 1g3.86
feet to a Point; thence N. 6q0 31' 25" W. a
distance of 15.02 feet to a Point; thence S.
230 37r 33" W. a distance of 198.00 feet to a
Point; thence S. 7° 16t 02" E. a distance of
140.46 feet to the Point of Beginning,
wherever any and all water lines, sewer mains, or other utili-
ties are required to be laid below the surface of the ground, as
well as garbage collections, in such manner as not to interfere
with the full use of said alley for purposes of ingress and
egress in common with the undersigned.
