ROAD EASEMENT
THIS INDENTURE, made this ~ =- day of ~'
1965, by and between COMMUNITY PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH, a non-profit
corporation, under the laws of the State of Florida, hereafter
called the Grantor, and the CITY OF ATLANTIC BEACH, a municipal
corporation under the laws of the State of Florida, hereafter
called the Grantee,
WITNESSETH: That the Grantor, in consideration of
One Dollar ($1.00) and other valuable considerations, the
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does hereby grant and
convey unto the Grantee, and its successors, a perpetual and
exclusive right of way for public street and road purposes
over and upon the lands situate in said City and more particu-
larly described as follows:
The westernmost fifty (50) feet of Lot 736
and all of Lot 725 located in Section 3,
5altair, according to the plat recorded in
Plat Book 10, Page 16, of the public records
of Duval County, Florida.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto said Grantee, and
its successors, in perpetuity, together with the right to
enter upon said land and to construct and maintain public
streets and roads thereon, with all. such fills, cuts, drains
and other incidents which the Grantee may determine necessary
or convenient in connection therewith.
In consideration of the Road Easement herein granted,
the indenture dated February 6, 1959, wherein a Road Easement
was granted to the City of Atlantic Beach by Community
Presbyterian Church, recorded in Volume 712 at Page 119, of

the official records of Duval County, Florida, is hereby
cancelled and terminated.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Grantor has caused these
presents to be executed by its duly authorized Trustees the
