EASEMENT
THIS INDENTURE, Made this day of ,
1~1, by and between LEROY H.JACKSON and ORPHA L.JACKSON ,his wife,
hereinafter called the Grantors, and CITY OF ATLANTIC BEACH,
a municipal corporation under the laws of Florida, whose post
office address is Atlantic Beach, Florida, hereinafter called
the Grantee,
WITNESSETH, that for and in consideration of One
(51.00) Dollar and other valuable considerations, the
receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, the Grantors hereby
grant, convey and transfer unto the Grantee a permanent ease-
went and right-of-way in, over and across the land situate in
Dural County, Florida, particularly described as: The West 10
feet of Lot 3, Block 22, and the West 10 feet of the East 50
feet of the South 40 feet of Block 23, all in Donners Replat,
according to Plat Book 19, page 16, Current Pu~Olic Records of
Duval County, Florida.
together with the perpetual right in the Grantee. to enter upon
`said land and construct, maintain, lay, and repair water and
sewer pipes and mains and conduits, under, through and across
said land.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said easement and right-of-way
unto the grantee, its successors and assigns forever.
