EASEMENT
THIS INDENTURE, Made this ~~ d6ty of

Leroy, his wife
hereinafter called the Grantors, and CITY OF ATLANTIC BEACH,
a municipal corporation under the laws of Florida, whose post
office address is Atlantic Beach, Florida, hereinafter called
the Grantee,
WITNESSETH, that for and in consideration of One
(51.00) Dollar and other valuable considerations, the
receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, the Grantors hereby
grant, convey and transfer unto the Grantee a permanent ease-
ment and right-of-way in, over and across the land situate in
Duval County, Florida, particularly described as: the Southerly
five feet of Lot ~!2 Block 6, Royal Palms 5uk~division Unit iy=1,
Plat Book 30, Page 60-60A, current public records, Duval
County Florida,
together with the perpetual right in the Grantee to enter upon
said land and construct, maintain, lay, and repair water and
sewer pipes and mains and conduits, under, through and across
said land.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said easement and right-of-way
unto the grantee, its successors and assigns forever.
