This easement, executed November ~, 1977, by :Alpha A. Gay,
widow of P. H. Gay, Jr., deceased, of Neptune Beach, Florida, to
the CITY OF ATLANTIC BEACH, FLORIDA, a Municipal Corporation, whose
Post Office address is: City Hall, Atlantic Beach, Florida:
WITNESSETH:
That Alpha A. Gay, in consideration of the sum of One ($1.00)
Dollar, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, do hereby grant,
remise and release unto the City of Atlantic Beach, a 10-foot ease-
ment for drainage and utilities in the City of Atlantic Beach, Duval
County, Florida, more particularly described as follows:
The Northernly most Ten (10) feet of Lots Eight-hundred Five
(805) and Eight-hundred Six (806), Section One (1), Saltair
Subdivision, according to plat thereof, recorded in Plat
Book 10, page 8, current public records of Duval County,
Florida.
The Grantor hereof grant unto the City of Atlantic Beach, the
right and privilege of ingress and egrees over, through and across
the above-described property for the purposes of constructing and
maintaining drainage pipes and underground utilities.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same for the purposes as stated herein.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, ALPHA A. GAY has executed this easement the
