AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORD. #55-64-9, BEING AN ORDINANCE
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 55-60-5 OF THE CITY OF ATLANTIC
BEACH: REGULATING THE ACCUMULATION, REMOVAL AND T SPOSAL
OF GARBAGE AND GARDEN TRASH IN RESIDENTIAL AND BUSINESS
ZONES AND AREAS WITHIN THE LIMITS OF THE CITY OF ATLANTIC
BEACH, LYING EASTERLY OF THE MAYPORT ROAD (EXCEFT THE DONNER
SUBDIVISION) : PROVIDING FOR FEES FOR REriOVAL AND DISPOSAL
OF GARBAGE AND GARDEN TRASH BY THE CITY OF ATLANTIC BEACH,
FLORIDA: PRESCRIBING LICENSE FEES AND CONDITIONS UNDER
WHICH REMOVAL AND DISPOSAL WILL BE MADE BY PERSONS OTHER
THAN EMPLOYEES OF THE CITY: AND PROVIDING PENALTIES FOR
THE VIOLATION HEREOF:
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF ATLANTIC BEACH,FLORIDA,
SECTION I. That sub-paragraph 3 of paragraph (a) , Section 4,
of Ordinance No. 55-60-5 as amended by Ordinance No.
55-64-9 of the City of Atlantic Beach be and is
hereby amended by deletion of the phrase °°$2 .00
per month rental per container" and substituting,
in lieu thereof, wording as follows: $3.00 per
month rental per container.
SECTION II. All Ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby
repealed.
SECTION III.This Ordinance shall be and become effective July,
1, 1966.
