AN ORDINANCE FIXING AND ESTABLISHING A RE1ARD
FOR INFORMATION LEADING TO THE ARREST AND
CONVICTION OF ANY PERSON OR PERSONS MALICIOUSLY
STARTING FIRES INSIDE THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF
THE CITY OF ATLANTIC BEACH.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF ATLANTIC BEACH, FLORIDA, THAT
Section 1 . The Cite of Atlantic Beach, Florida, will pay as
a reward to any person or persons an amount not to exceed X100.00,
for any one occurrence, for information leading to the arrest and
conviction of any person or persons found guilty of maliciously
setting a fire inside the corporate limits of the City of Atlantic
Beach, Florida.
Section 2. This ordinance shall become effective immediately
upon final passage.
