Per your request we have visited the property at the above address on
5/13/2021 and our findings are as follows:
A. T3 - 29” D.B.H. southern magnolia (Magnolia grandiflora) – this tree is
misidentified on the site plan as a sweetbay magnolia. This tree had no pre -
existing health or structural issues at the time of inspection.
B. T4 – 17” D.B.H. sabal palm (Sabal palmetto) – this tree is measured
incorrectly with the boots on as a 19” DBH. This tree has two large decay
pockets on the trunk that are visible on the south side of the tree, 1 7’ and
25’ up.
C. T5 – 14” D.B.H. sabal palm (Sabal palmetto) – this tree is measured
incorrectly with the boots on as a 20” DBH. This tree had no visible pre-
existing health or structural issues at the time of inspection.
D. T6 – 16” D.B.H. sabal palm (Sabal palmetto) – this tree is measured
incorrectly with the boots on as an 18” DBH. This tree had no visible pre-
existing health or structural issues at the time of inspection.
E. T7 – 15” D.B.H. sabal palm (Sabal palmetto) – this tree had no visible pre-
existing health or structural issues at the time of inspection.
F. T8 - 20” D.B.H. slash pine (Pinus elliottii) – this species is not protected.
G. T9 – 15” D.B.H. crepe myrtle (Lagerstroemia) – this tree is dead.

Per your request we have visited the property at the above address on 5/13//2021
and our findings are as follows:
A. T1 - 18” D.B.H. sabal palm (Sabal palmetto) – this tree is measured incorrectly
with the boots on as a 20” DBH. This tree had no visible pre-existing health or
structural issues at the time of inspection.
B. T2 – 24” D.B.H. laurel oak (Quercus laurifolia) – this tree is infested with
mistletoe and has an abiotic wound with decay on the trunk caused by growing
around a fence. There is a decay pocket approximately 4’ below the codominant
union, visible on the north side of the trunk.
C. T10 –15” D.B.H. crepe myrtle (Lagerstroemia) – this tree is dead.
D. T11 – 11” D.B.H. sabal palm (Sabal palmetto) – this tree is measured incorrectly
with the boots on as a 13” DBH. This tree had no visible pre-existing health or
structural issues at the time of inspection.
E. T12 – 4” Ligustrum (Privet) – this tree is undersized and is not protected.
F. T13 – 13” D.B.H. sabal palm (Sabal palmetto) – this tree is measured incorrectly
with the boots on as a 15” DBH. This tree had no visible pre-existing health or
structural issues at the time of inspection.
G. T14 – 5” D.B.H. sabal palm (Sabal palmetto) – this tree is measured incorrectly
with the boots on as an 8” DBH. This tree is undersized and is not protected.
H. T15 – 16” D.B.H. crepe myrtle (Lagerstroemia) – this tree is in decline and is
diseased. Heart rot decay is present.
I. T16 – 52” D.B.H. crepe myrtle cluster (Lagerstroemia) – this tree is in decline
and is diseased. Heart rot decay is present.
Trees B, C, E, G – I are non-mitigable.
Trees A, D, F are mitigable.
