Ordinance No. 58-72-1 v ORDINANCE NO. 58-72-1 AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE RETIREMENT OF THE HONORABLE ADELE S. GRAGE, CITY CLERK AND TREASURER AND PROVIDING FOR RETIREMENT FUND THERETO AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE WHEREAS, the Honorable Adele S. Grage, City Clerk and Treasurer has expressed her intentions of retiring her official positions with the City of Atlantic Beach with an effective date of May 1, 1973 . WHEREAS, the City of Atlantic Beach has previously enacted Ordinance No. 42-69-1, that therein provides for the retirement of long term city officials and employees, now therefore BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF ATLANTIC BEACH, FLORIDA: 1. That the City Manager of Atlantic Beach is hereby instructed to incorporate in the next immediate budget for the City of Atlantic Beach provisions for the payment of a monthly retire- ment fund to the Honorable Adele So Grage, in the amount of $300000 per month commencing May 1, 1973, for so long as she lives. 2 . That the City of Atlantic Beach do pay to the Honorable Adele S. Grage the sum of $300.00 per month commencing May 1, 1973, for so long as she lives as and for her retirement. 3 . This ordinance shall become effective immediately upon its enactment. Passed by the City Commission on the first reading on the 27th day of November, A.D. , 1972 ° Passed by the City Commission on the second and final reading on the 11th day of December, A.D. , 1972.
