They are now in compliance with Section 23-34. To stay in compliance, the newly planted tree must survive 3 years from today’s date (10/7/2025). Failure to ensure the viability of the tree(s) is a violation of this chapter and subject to section 23-46.” The property owner has removed a 4” live oak tree that was located in the side yard.
