At my inspection today, I found a 4.5” live oak was planted in replacement of the previously
removed 4” live oak. They are now in compliance with Section 23-34. To stay in compliance, the
newly planted tree must survive 3 years from today’s date (10/7/2025).

Please send 811 Paradise Lane a letter for violation of Section 23-34; “The property owner shall be
responsible for maintaining the health of any preserved, relocated or replacement trees for three (3)
years from the date of the final inspection approving the work. Failure to ensure the viability of the
tree(s) is a violation of this chapter and subject to section 23-46.”
The property owner has removed a 4” live oak tree that was located in the side yard. Please see the
attached pictures from today and final tree permit package for reference.
