Please be advised, the City of Atlantic Beach Code of Ordinances includes rules and regulations governing
construction activities and also maintenance standards for property within the City. These standards are set forth
in the International Property Maintenance Code and the Florida Building Code and were adopted as part of the
City of Atlantic Beach Code of Ordinances in Chapter 6, Article II, Section 6-16.
A code enforcement inspection at 750 CAVALLA RD was conducted on 10/12/2022. The City of Atlantic Beach
Code Enforcement has found your property to be in violation of the City of Atlantic Beach Code of Ordinances:
VIOLATION CODE: Sec. 21-88. -Limitations on unregistered and inoperable vehicles.
No unregistered or inoperable motor vehicle shall be parked, stored or otherwise kept on any private property for
a period longer than seventy-two(72)continuous hours as observed and documented on at least two(2)separate
days by an enforcement officer,except when one(1)or more of the following conditions apply:
(a)The vehicle is within a fully enclosed building; or(b)The vehicle is on the premises of a business where the
location and use of the land has been approved by the city as appropriate and safe for such vehicles.
NATURE OF VIOLATION: Blue Chevy Malibu with no license plate parked in the side parking lot.
This letter requests that the noted violation(s) be corrected by registering and displaying a valid license
plate or removing the car within ten (10) day2..
Thank you for your cooperation in this matter. If, after ten (10) calendar days from the date the notice is posted
on the subject motor vehicle, the violation(s) has not been corrected and a request for hearing before the code
enforcement board or special magistrate,as applicable,has not been timely filed in writing with the city clerk,the
code enforcement officer shall have the motor vehicle removed from the property as set forth in article III of this
chapter and shall notify the police department immediately in a manner as prescribed by the director of public
safety. Upon completion of the action required, it is your responsibility to contact me and arrange for an
