Necessary removal of one large yellow pine tree from rear right side of property, due to large lead
and limb failure, endangering persons and property. The pine tree is an unacceptable failure risk due to
previous limb failures in close proximity to multi unit building and endangers persons and property per
pursuant to Florida Statute § 163.045
