An inspection on 2010 revealed the violation was: corrected not corrected_X_
Code enforcement has advised the business owner and property owner numerous times that the
dumpster and garbage around the dumpster needs to be in a up kept condition .
In order for the violation to be corrected the respondent shall remove all excess/over flow of garbage,
debris outside of the dumpster and maintain dumpsters available by not having it overflow,the
grease trap dispenser shall not exude viscous materials, limit the area of viscosity
City of Atlantic Beach, recommends the board issue an order giving the respondent to come in
compliance within 5 day which is on or before ,2010 or a fine of$250 a day be imposed for
each day the violation continues to exists pass , 2010. Plus future cost incurred for filing of the
lien.

Dear Property Owner:
Please be advised, Atlantic Beach Code Enforcement has found the property referenced above to
be in violation of Chapter 3, Section 307.1—Accumulation of rubbish or garbage, International
Property Maintenance Code which states"All exterior property and premises, and the interior of
every structure, shall be free from any accumulation of rubbish or garbage".
This letter requests you comply by removal of all rubbish, garbage,junk and trash from
around the dumpster within ten (10) days of receipt of this notice and maintain in a clean
and sanitary condition at all times.
A re-inspection will be done on or after July 8,2010. To avoid having this case be referred to
the Code Enforcement Board, all listed violation(s) on this notice must be compliance on or
before the date established by Atlantic Beach Code Enforcement. Upon completing the
corrective action required, it is your responsibility to contact Atlantic Bach Code Enforcement
and arrange for an inspection to verify compliance.
It is our goal to enforce the codes and ordinances of the City of Atlantic Beach and protect the
health, safety and welfare of the City, and accordingly, your cooperation in this matter is greatly
