This letter requests you comply by removal of all rubbish, garbage,junk and trash from around the dumpster within ten (10) days of receipt of this notice and maintain in a clean and sanitary condition at all times. A re-inspection will be done on or after July 8,2010. To avoid having this case be referred to the Code Enforcement Board, all listed violation(s) on this notice must be compliance on or before the date established by Atlantic Beach Code Enforcement. Upon completing the corrective action required, it is your responsibility to contact Atlantic Bach Code Enforcement and arrange for an inspection to verify compliance.
