AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ATLANTIC BEACH
AMENDING CHAPTER THIRTY, ENTITLED SIGNS AND
ADVERTISING STRUCTURES; BY ADDING THERETO,
AS EXEMPT, PUBLIC SERVICE BENCHES, AND THE
REGULATION THEREOF; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF ATLANTIC BEACH:
Section 1 . Chapter 20-1 is hereby amended by adding thereto sub-
section (o) to read as follows:
" Signs posted on Public Service Benches; said advertising
signs shall be regulated on such benches by contract by
the City Commission , City of Atlantic Beach. "
Section 2. This Ordinance shall be effective upon its final
passage.
