Jessica Ring called the meeting to order at 11:58 a.m.

Members went around the room to call roll.
3. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
A. Approve minutes of the August 10, 2022 Mayor's Council on Health and Well -Being
meeting.
Jessica ring asked if there were any changes to the minutes. There were no corrections
to the minutes.

A. Review of Comprehensive Plan
Jessica Ring said this item will be presented after item 5.13. There was no dissent.
B. Mental Well -Being: Here Tomorrow
Hannah Hackworth, Here Tomorrow Executive Director, gave a presentation explaining
her organization (which is attached hereto and made part of this official record as
Attachment A) and spoke about their efforts in mental healthcare. Members asked
questions about the structure of the organization, local data, and resources that are
provided. Discussion ensued and recommendations were made.

A. Review of Comprehensive Plan.
Abrielle Genest gave a PowerPoint presentation about the Comprehensive Plan.
Members asked questions and discussion ensued. Steve Piscitelli asked Abrielle Genest
to send the link to review the material, which she agreed to do.
6. OLD BUSINESS
A. Review August 10, 2022 Meeting Recommendations
Steve Piscitelli went over the recommendations made at the previous meeting. Members
provided their input and edits.

7. ADJOURNMENT
There being no further discussion, Jessica Ring declared the meeting adjourned at 1:39 p.m.
