AN ORDINANCE VACATING AND ABANDONING
ALL OF THE ALLEY IN THE CITY OF ATLAN-
TIC BEACH, FLORIDA SHOWN AND DESIGNATED
ON THE PLAT OF ATLANTIC BEACH TERRACE,
PLAT BOOK 15 PAGE 34, CURRENT PUBLIC
RECORDS OF DUVAL COUNTY FLORIDA, WHICH
LIES BETWEEN ATLANTIC BOULEVARD AND
AHERN STREET EXTENDING EASTERLY FROM
EAST COAST DRIVE.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF ATLANTIC BEACH,
DUVAL COUNTY, FLORIDA.
SECTION I. All that part of the alley in the City of
Atlantic Beach, Florida extending Easterly from East
Coast Drive between Atlantic Boulevard and Ahern Street
and more particularly located to the rear of Lots 1, 2, 3,
• 4, 5 and 6 as shown on the Plat of Atlantic Beach Terrace,
recorded in Plat Book 15, page 34 of the current public
records of Duval County, Florida, be and the same is hereby
vacated and abandoned and the said City does hereby release
and relinquish all right, title and interest in and to said
alley.
SECTION II . This ordinance shall be and become effective
immediately upon its final passage.
